R.I.P. Merie Len Fulgar

This was a tough trip going into. With two weeks until the trip, my mother unexpectedly passed away. Those two weeks leading up to it were spent praying with family and planning her funeral and dealing with her estate. It was overwhelming and happened all so suddenly. To think that I was going to leave my family for a month to travel across Europe was a hard pill to swallow.

Nonetheless, when I think about travel, I do think about my mom. I've been fortunate to travel with her since I was a little kid and have seen many parts of the world with her. I know she'll be watching over me from heaven and will continue travelling with me wherever I go. Rest in Paradise, Mom.
